This is the basics of the system I have used to run my newsletter for over 2 years. It helps me keep consistent and publish on a weekly basis.

What it contains:

  1. A place to sort out and work on your newsletters.
  2. Every newsletter has 6 drivers (you create them automatically by pushing the “generate drivers” button)
    1. Drivers are spaced out by 8 days. Which gives you content for every day of the week when publishing a weekly newsletter
  3. The calendar gives you an overview of what content is planned for which date
  4. To maintain a view of your workload there is a view of Drivers still to write
  5. The same is there to keep a view on what content still needs to be published.
  6. I added some templates for the drivers which makes it easier for you to reuse
