This will help when you must cut and paste your content into an ATS. Furthermore, consider keeping a set of different resumes for the different types of roles you apply for. Or keep the different iterations of your resumes since it allows you to track the different success rates per resume.

These are triggered as soon as the status for a role changes. If you don’t have automations you can always update these fields manually.

I would recommend to save every job ad completely. Since if you get invited you at least can find the full description right away and you are not dependent whether or not the job ad is still online. Save to Notion is a brilliant tool that could help you out with this.
